A week from today, the official opening of the 38th edition of the PLUS Stam Karel Stegeman Toernooi will take place. The official act will traditionally be performed by Mayor Joost van Oostrum and this time too all participating teams will be introduced to the public via a flag parade. Once a large number of youth players from VV Ruurlo have shown their skills, the tournament starts at 01.00pm with matches between Union Saint-Gilloise (Belgium) and Club Atlético Sarmiento (Argentina) on the “Textieldruk Ruurlo” field and between AC Horsens (Denmark) and Garden City Panthers FC (Nigeria) on the “Vebego Groen” field.
